Manage contacts with rich profiles and Apple Contacts integration.
Dial8 includes a full-featured contact management system (CRM) with rich data fields, group organization, and deep integration with Apple Contacts.
Contact Fields
Each contact supports comprehensive data:
- Identity — First/last/middle name, prefix, suffix, nickname, pronouns, birthday, profile image
- Work — Company, department, job title
- Phone numbers — Multiple entries with labels (mobile, work, home, etc.)
- Email addresses — Multiple entries with labels
- Addresses — Full postal addresses with labels
- URLs — Websites and links
- Social profiles — Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, GitHub, YouTube, TikTok, and more
- Instant messages — Slack, Discord, Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal, and more
- Related people — Spouse, children, manager, assistant, etc.
- Custom fields — Text, date, number, URL, phone, or email
- Notes — Free-form notes about the contact
Apple Contacts Import
Import your existing contacts from the macOS Contacts app with one click. The import shows:
- Number of contacts added
- Number of contacts updated
- Number unchanged
Re-import at any time to sync new or updated contacts.
Groups
Organize contacts into groups with:
- Custom name, description, color, and icon
- Add/remove members
- Nested groups
Favorites
Mark contacts as favorites for quick access. Favorite contacts are also included in the AI's context — the assistant will recognize them by name in conversations.
Contact History
Each contact shows a conversation history of linked notes and meetings, giving you a timeline of your interactions.
