Workflows

Create automated AI tasks that run on schedule or on demand.

Workflows are automated tasks where you describe what you want done in natural language, and Claude handles the execution. Think of them as personal automations powered by AI.

How Workflows Work

  1. Describe the task — Write what you want done in plain language
  2. Set a trigger — Run manually (on-demand) or on a schedule
  3. Choose tools — Select which integrations the workflow can use
  4. Set approval mode — Auto-run or require your approval first
  5. Choose output — Where results should go

Workflows can use any connected MCP server, giving them access to external services like Linear, Slack, GitHub, and more.
